While we understand life will sometimes get in the way and you may need to reschedule, please understand that your absence affects an entire table of players.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Bookings must be cancelled and rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start of your lesson or game. Lessons and games are dependent on four people, so we require ample notice to find a replacement player. If your booking is timely cancelled and/or rescheduled, the lesson or game will be credited to your account for future use. Reservations that are not cancelled 48 hours prior will be forfeited. Reservations may be cancelled and/or rescheduled on the site or via the link in your email confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we do not have enough players to fill the table. In this case you will be entitled to a full refund or a credit to your account for a future lesson or game. All credits have a 1 year expiration from the time of the original purchase.
